Independent Connections Provider Matrix Networks has made a positive start to the New Year with the launch of an online portal with recruitment partners Hays, and the promotion of several new vacancies.

The roles have been identified in support of the utility infrastructure specialist’s five year growth plan which was communicated to its existing employees before Christmas. They cover every discipline from design to estimating, provide opportunities for a range of experience levels, and are based out of the Company’s three locations across the UK.

Awarded a 2-star accreditation in the ‘Best Companies to Work For’ survey in 2019 for its ‘Outstanding’ commitment to workplace engagement, Matrix Networks prides itself on providing opportunities for staff development. And, as a small business currently employing around 70 personnel, as more talented individuals are recruited it aims to continue this ethos.

Over the next few months, more roles will be added to the online portal to see the ICP potentially increase its headcount by as much as 50 per cent by the Spring. This recruitment drive will be supported by structural changes within the business and the exploration of new market opportunities to further establish Matrix Network’s objective of being the utility infrastructure provider and employer of choice.
