James has worked at Matrix since the business was founded. His expertise lies in operations, but he has a keen eye for ways in which we can innovate and as Managing Director, is focussed on working with our employees to help Matrix Networks achieve its longer term objectives.
Andy joined the Board in August 2020. He’s a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the design construction and maintenance of infrastructure in the utilities, transport, property waste and defence sectors in the UK and overseas.
As Chief Executive Officer, Rob’s focus is set on opening up new markets for Matrix Group. He started his career as a craft apprentice more than 20 years ago and now works with our clients and employees to improve how utility infrastructure is designed, installed and adopted.
Adam is a qualified Chartered Accountant with senior management experience gained working in corporate finance for large organisations both in the UK and overseas. More recently Adam has worked in private equity finance with a particular focus on the construction and utilities sector, setting him in good stead for driving the future growth of Matrix Group.
