Morgan Sindall: Priority Schools Building Programme
Posted by masteradmin on April 11, 2016
We are delighted to announce that we’ve been contracted by Morgan Sindall to work on the Priority Schools Building Programme (PSBP).
Having worked closely with Morgan Sindall for a number of years it is a real privilege to work with them again to deliver the North West batch, comprising a mixture of 12 Primary and Secondary Schools.
Our involvement in the project is to provide a multi utility service (electric, gas and water) and will mean working with Electricity North West and Scottish Power to provide a mixture of high and low voltage connections as well as United Utilities and Dee Valley Water for the water connections.
The first revision of quotations were requested in December 2014, since then our Multi Utility Designers have worked continuously to ensure the needs of the local network owners, adopting IDNO, Morgan Sindall and its customer have all been met.
In addition to the design requirements, our Project Managers have worked closely with the Project Managers at Morgan Sindall to ensure we deliver the connections on time, on budget and in line with their programmed works.
The flexibility we are able to offer as an Independent Connections Provider means Morgan Sindall has been able to procure the utility installation as a batch, assisting with both budget and cash flow.
The Priority School Building Programme (PSBP) is a programme to address the needs of the schools most in need of urgent repair. For more information on the PSBP please click here.
