Latest Project: Church Manorway Erith, Kent

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve successfully secured an order to provide the electricity connections for a new project in Kent.

The Church Manorway development in Erith includes the construction of three distribution centres ranging from 7,457sq m to 39,381sq m.

The overall order consists of providing a double circuit 11kV installation, with HV and LV connections on the site.  The route length from the point of connection to the onsite 11kV switchgear is approximately 4,000metres. We took a proactive stance from the start and in order to “prove” the underground cable route, we negotiated with the local council to undertake trial holes. This provided the end client with better cost and programme certainty and a clear understanding of the engineering difficulties to be overcome.
