Current projects: Bedford Link

Bell Farm, Bedford

Work started on site in August 2018 for contractor Winvic, to provide a 500kVA electric, 837 kW gas and 3.65 l/s water supply for the commercial warehouse units which will make up the second phase of the new 40 acre Bedford Link logistics park development.


Connections work is due to complete by January 2019, enabling the three warehouses of 106,000 sq ft, 50,000 sq ft and 32,000 sq ft to be ready for occupation early in the new year.

Current projects: Gateway South


Following the completion of our works at the prestigious SEGRO Logistics Park – East Midlands Gateway in Leicestershire, we’re on site for the next 12 months, until September 2019, installing the electrical services connections to bring the new £182m Gateway South commercial park in Coventry to life.


Contracted by our long-standing client, Roxhill via main contractor Buckingham Group, our brief is to design and build a Primary Substation, install electrical infrastructure to bring a 33kV supply into the Park and provide a 20MVA load to power the units located across the development.

Current projects: Prologis Park Hams Hall

Coleshill, Warwickshire

Working for Winvic, we’ve been contracted to design and install the new high voltage electricity and gas services required to bring the new Prologis Park Hams Hall manufacturing and distribution park development to life.


We’re on site from May until September 2018  installing two main substations, two pad-mounted transformers for local street lighting, and two gas governors. The connection point for the 8MVA electricity supply is located 700m off site at a local primary substation and the medium pressure gas connection, 300m off site.

Current projects: Costa Coffee

Basford, Crewe

Working for Cadman Associates, we’re installing infrastructure for electricity and water connections for a new Costa Coffee Shop due to open next year in Crewe. We’re on site from July 2018 until the end of the year.

Current projects: Burywater Lane Retirement Village

Saffron Walden, Essex

Working for Castle Oak we are on site from August 2018 until Summer 2019 installing an electricity connection for a new retirement village – comprising 81 residential units, a 40-bed care home and a clubhouse.

Current projects: Eden Park Tauheedul School

Blackburn, Lancashire

Contracted by Wates, we are on site from July 2018 until January 2019 installing electricity, gas and water infrastructure for two new Eden Park Tauheedul Schools. The new schools, called Eden Boys’ and Eden Girls’ Leadership Academies, will have 800 pupils each and share a joint campus in Manchester.

Current projects: Hotel Indigo

Grosvenor Park Road, Chester

From July 2018 through to January 2019 we will be working to install multi-utility infrastructure for gas, electricity and water connections for Chester’s new four star hotel, contracted by Bowmer & Kirkland. Hotel Indigo will have 73 bedrooms and associated facilities including a small bar, restaurant and gym.

Beckenham, Kent

Contracted by Bowmer & Kirkland, we are on site from August 2018 until Summer 2019 installing electricity, gas and water infrastructure for the new Eden Park High School. This £31.5million facility will cater for 1,600 students and offer state of the art learning areas and a large selection of sports pitches and outdoor areas.

Chorley, Lancashire

Contracted by Willmott Dixon, work is due to start on site in August 2018 providing a temporary builders’ electricity and water supply for the construction of the £6m Chorley Digital Business Park.

Werneth, Greater Manchester

  • We received the scheme with a short notice period and managed to turn the design around quickly to meet the clients power on dates
  • All gas, water and electric dates were met early and before the actual energisation was required
  • Site Supervisor, Marcus Rothwell, twice won the overall Wates monthly Health & Safety Award
